All orders placed with The Collector’s House will ship within 48 - 72 hours unless otherwise indicated, excluding weekends and holidays or for unforeseen incidents.
Once shipped you will receive your order in 5 - 7 business days. Please note your order may encounter delays once shipped due to COVID-19,
increased shipping volume or inclement weather which is out of our control. The Collector’s House ships through several carriers.
White Glove services, local delivery & pick up is available.

protected behind a firewall. Your credit card information is encrypted through a Payment Card
Data Security System. When you purchase from The Collector’s House, we will send you
inspiration and updates on new collections and events in our gallery. You may opt out if you
choose to.

We reserve the right to change our policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our
website and in effect immediately.

 

Price Modification

Our prices may change periodically, we reserve the right to adjust or discontinue our
collections.

 

History is Character

Please keep in mind, The Collector’s House carries many antique, vintage, and one-of a kind
artifact, some are centuries old. Because of this, items may have more “wear” or uniqueness
than others, and the sizes listed may be approximate. The beauty of age is the character worn
by an original piece and perfection is in the beauty of age. Vintage and one of kind found
objects are original and natural maturity on any piece should be seen as character and not
considered a flaw. Jan Barboglio, Michael Aram and Match Pewter are all crafted by hand. Natural beauty and imperfections are expected on some of these pieces.

 

Return Policy

During normal conditions our return policy is as follows:  An e-com shop credit is available to
you, our valued customer, on items returned in exact packaging, new and not used, in exact
condition as it was shipped to you, our customer, within 10 days of shipping receipt.

Be advised that any shipping damages for returns will be held accountable to you, the customer.
Shipping costs associated are non-refundable.

Our return policy does not apply to furniture, special order or white glove delivery. Furniture purchases have separate terms and conditions. Please contact our gallery.
